From your initial enquiry, details on the proposed borehole location will be taken so we can compare against previous completed contracts to determine the depth and yield of the water table. Should you be in an area which previous company records cannot give us this information, a Geo-Hydrological Report will be obtained.

We will discuss the site access/egress, and determine whether our equipment can be deployed without hindrance. Should this not be the case, a bespoke solution will be applied.

Measures will be taken to minimise environmental impact, protecting any sensitive receptors or pathways. The grass will be protected, and can be reseeded if neccessary.

Although in most circumstances the water pumped from subterranean aquifers is already safe to drink as its naturally filtered and purified, tests can be completed if necessary. Should any tests show the presence of any harmful substances (extremely unlikely) the pump can be fitted with a filtration system to ensure that it is safe for consumption.
